Martin J. Hillenbrand
Martin Joseph Hillenbrand (August 1, 1915 – February 2, 2005) was an American diplomat who served as the first U.S. Ambassador to Hungary from 1967 to 1969, and was later the Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany from 1972 to 1976.
