Gopal Guru

Gopal Guru is an Indian political scientist and former professor in political science at Centre for Political Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. He has been a visiting professor at Columbia University, the University of Oxford and the University of Pennsylvania. He previously taught at the University of Delhi and the University of Pune.
