| Streszczenie: | Women have a pivotal role in the decision making process of an organisation and family concerns. Indian culture supersedes women as care taker of the family members. Nowadays, women are moving from home maker par name to working women. More number of women is also entering into the workforce of different restricted industries. Aforementioned state gives a double role to the most of women as working
women and house wives without any interval. Here, Comparative study on influence of socio demographic factors on stress level of women in the role of house wife and working women becomes significant. The study explores to identify stressful life faced by women in society. The result indicates that financial position of the family affects the stress among both housewife and working women. It gives us an opportunity to give suggestion to women facing challenging and critical situations in their life. |
