Wilfrid Le Gros Clark

Sir Wilfrid Edward Le Gros Clark (5 June 1895 – 28 June 1971) was a British anatomist, surgeon, primatologist and palaeoanthropologist, today best remembered for his contribution to the study of human evolution. He was one of three men who proved that the Piltdown Man was a forgery, and was Dr Lee's Professor of Anatomy at the University of Oxford. Provided by Wikipedia
