John Galsworthy (* 14. August 1867 in Kingston Hill, Surrey, England; † 31. Januar 1933 in London) war ein englischer Schriftsteller und Dramatiker. Seine Romanreihe ''The Forsyte Saga'' gilt als ein Klassiker der modernen englischen Literatur. 1932 erhielt Galsworthy den Literaturnobelpreis.
