Foster Rhea Dulles

Foster Rhea Dulles (24 January 1900, Englewood, New Jersey – 11 September 1970, Jamaica, Vermont) was an American journalist, historian, and author. He specialized in political and cultural relations between the United States and East Asia, and advocated internationalism as opposed to American isolationism.
